The sewer is on
as of October 5th 2009. You may hook up your rigs to the sewer lines.
You are responsible
for supplying the four things that will be
required to hook up to the septic system. As of today there will no longer
be honey wagon service.
The supplies you will need are as follows:
(1) Hard connection from your
rig to the sewer hose.
(2) A sewer hose that will reach from your rig to
the sewer connection located on the drivers side of your rig.
(3) A hard
connection from your hose that screws in to the sewer connection that will
maintain a water tight connection.
(4) A way to keep your
sewer hose off of the ground. I.e. slinky, gutter etc. so your sewer hose
line will not be hit by mowers or weed-eaters.
The park assumes no
responsibility for the integrity of your line if not hooked up per our
standards. You will be responsible for clean-up and any associated costs
for any clean-up needed. You will also be responsible for emptying your tanks when they
get full from the time we turn the pumps on. You may not leave your dump
valves open all the time, you must close them every time after emptying
your tanks. Stop by the office to see samples of what you will
need.
Inspection by the management of the park of your hook up will be required
before you can hook up to the system. If you have any questions please
feel free to see John for answers. As of the time that we turn the pumps on, we will not be pumping any more
after that and you will need to have your supplies ready to hook up to the
system at that time. We have limited supplies for sale in the office at
competitive prices and whether you purchase your supplies from us or an outside vendor
all hookups must be inspected for water-tightness as per park rules and
regulations as well as state and county laws.
10/01/2009 - As you may

places looking nice by cleaning up after yourself and by taking pride in
the park you live in. Also we are about to go live with the sewer system,
I will update you when that will be happening.
