Rates & FAQ
Monthly Rates
Rates are based up to 4 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 2 pets for a minimum of 1 month depending upon availability. Pet size and breed restrictions apply. A second vehicle may be permitted depending upon the size of RV space and the size of RV. RVs must be no longer than 40 feet and no older than 10 years. If you have a vintage or older model, please send pictures of all sides to parkwaylakes@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.
Monthly: $1575 plus utilities
Security Deposit
Move in requires a $1575 security deposit and application approval.

Payments
We accept Money orders or Checks. We also offer convenient online bill pay.
Cancellation or Changes
48 hours cancellation notice is required. Please notify our team by email or phone by 4 p.m., two days before your scheduled arrival.
Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures. Written notice is required 30 days prior to departure.
Staff Availability
We can be reached at (408) 214-6620 weekdays between the hours of 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm PST and will respond to your phone call, email to parkwaylakes@montechristomh.com or website reservation request as soon as possible.
